What was expected.
For Harder & Steenbeck, we delivered a full digital transformation to enhance their online presence and drive growth. We migrated their e-commerce platform from Shopware to Shopify, creating a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience.
Alongside this, we launched a multi-channel marketing strategy across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to boost visibility and engagement. We also built an ambassador program within Shopify to harness influencer marketing and strengthen community ties, and integrated a CRM system to manage customer relationships and newsletter subscriptions.
